Torchy
The Little Lightbearer
Torchy is the smallest one on the roster and the only one who is partly on fire on purpose. Nobody remembers hiring Torchy. Torchy simply appears wherever it's darkest, holds the torch up, and waits for everyone else to catch up.
Originally drawn by Luke and Leo, then reimagined as a little living torch — a blocky candle-wax body, a three-tongue flame for hair, ember cheeks, and a trusty hand-carried torch with drifting sparks.

Character Notes
Torchy kept the blocky shape from the original drawing on purpose. Everyone else got rounded; Torchy stayed a little square. It suits Torchy.
The roster finally has a small character. Next to King Firebolt's boss scale, a knee-high lightbearer makes the whole lineup read like a real world instead of a row of fighters.
Torchy never talks. The flame does the talking: taller when excited, tiny when embarrassed, and completely out exactly once — a story nobody has finished telling yet.
