A family of four. Two who build, two who draw.

Sean and Ellie are the engineers. Luke and Leo are the reason any of this exists — the characters started as their drawings, and everything else got built around them.

11 characters · 28 games · one kitchen table

It started as a drawing on the fridge

The boys drew a roster of characters — kings, knights, a small living torch — long before there was a website to put them on. Turning one of them into something they could actually play took a week, and it worked well enough that we kept going.

So the order here is backwards from most studios: the characters came first and the games were built to fit them, rather than the other way round. Their drawings are kept as they were drawn, and their captions are quoted word for word — the making-of page follows one character the whole way from crayon to playable.

What we promise, and keep

This is a place children use, so the rules matter more than the features. Each of these is built into the site, not just written here.

  • No ads. No one buying your attention.

There is no advertising on any page, and no third-party tracker either. The visitor counts are our own, kept in our own database — so there is no analytics company watching your child play.

  • Nothing plays until you ask it to.

No page has ever started music on you. The site's music is off until you press the button, and every game's sound has a mute in the corner and answers to the M key.

  • A drawing has the shortest life we can give it.

If your child sends us a drawing, the original is deleted the moment their character exists — and on refusal, on failure, or after a week if no grown-up ever approves it. Nothing about a character is public.

  • A grown-up says yes first, and can undo it.

Uploads are off until a parent turns them on. Nothing leaves our servers until a parent taps approve, and anything made can be removed again from the family page.

  • We would rather they stopped playing.

Every hour a card appears suggesting a break, and grown-ups can set a daily limit. There are no streaks, no daily rewards, and no way to lose anything by not showing up tomorrow.

The full detail — what we store, for how long, and how to delete all of it — is in the privacy policy.
