Roost

Off duty, Steve has climbed into the old oak with a basket. The wind is shaking things loose: catch the eggs, berries and leaves, and let the thorny twigs fall.

Catches in a row are worth more · golden eggs are rare · a thorn, or five catches let fall, costs an egg · lose all three and the wind wins
